A leading consumer goods company operates multiple distribution centers across North America. When the company built a replacement facility, the industrial engineering team required a labeling partner that could deliver high-quality products and a flawless installation, all while meeting a strict project schedule.
“We operate several large distribution centers in U.S. and Canada,” the industrial engineer explained. “On-time delivery is extremely important for our projects so that we keep to our scheduling. Product and service quality are equally important.

The installation was completed in five days, exactly as planned, even when the project hit an unexpected delay.
“On our recent project, we misplaced the labels, which took a day to find. Despite the delay that we, and we alone caused, ID Label’s team still finished the project on schedule.
